Power comes from an all new four stroke, liquid cooled, twin cylinder Revolution-X engine, which displaces 749cc and produces 60 Nm of torque, making it the smallest least powerful engine from the Harley Davidson family in India. With a basic design which looks sober and adequate, the Street 750 may lack the overall size and persona of a Harley Davidson, but it does have a sweet road presence. With the Street 750, Harley Davidson has opened its doors for the beginner motorcycling enthusiasts, who dreamt to own one from its stable, but feared from the high price points and intimidating profiles of the rest of its motorcycles. The primary rivals of the Street 750 are the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and the Kawasaki Vulcan S. The Harley Davidson Street 750 is the gateway into the world of Harley fandom. It gets disc brakes on both ends with dual-channel ABS arriving as standard. It uses a 17-/15-inch alloy wheel setup and comes shod with MRF rubber. The Street 750 gets a telescopic fork and simple twin shocks suspending the double-cradle frame. Given that the Street 750 is the most affordable Harley-Davidson bike sold in the country, it is built on relatively affordable foundations. The small digital inset comprises the odometer, trip meter, distance-to-empty indicator, gear position indicator, tachometer, and a fuel gauge. It misses out on LED lighting and only gets a semi-digital info cluster. Since the Harley Davidson Street 750 is built on a budget, it isn’t the most feature-rich motorcycle on the block. Earlier, it was priced from Rs 4.69 lakh for the Vivid Black option while the monotone and dual-tone shades cost Rs 4.81 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom India).
